Is Haze good? Too early to say. Haze is not ranked yet because there are not enough launch-week ratings to judge.
Placement confidence
Not rated yet
There is not enough information to place this one yet.
Why this tier
Only one launch-week rating has placed Haze so far (S). 2 of the 3 ratings we compared have not placed Haze yet. We need at least two before giving a tier, so Haze stays unranked for now.
Rating breakdown

Why these: each one ranks by strength and was updated in launch week (from October 28, 2026). Each counts once, the majority decides, and a split goes to the lower tier. Closed-beta snapshots, pre-launch estimates and reroll-priority lists are not used. Last checked Oct 30, 2026.
Every change to this tier is logged in the changelog.
Strengths
- Some Archdemon Mode moves can parry attacks, giving her a defensive tool on top of fast Dual Blades combos.
- The Demon Gauge does double duty, powering both those parries and the Crimson Fang Slash follow-up.
- Thunder damage, and she is not tied to a limited banner.
- Comes from the Guild Shop, so you can get an SSR without spending pulls (not officially confirmed).
- One launch team guide already lists her as a swap-in for Thunder teams.
Weaknesses
- Only one launch-week rating has placed her so far (in S), so that is not a consensus yet.
- Her parries and follow-up only work in Archdemon Mode, so she depends on keeping the gauge up.
- The Guild Shop route costs 24,000 Guild Emblems from guild activities, so she takes time to earn (not officially confirmed).
- Very little gameplay of her has been shared so far.
How to get
Earned from the Guild Shop for 24,000 Guild Emblems, which come from guild activities, so join a guild early. Two guides say Guild Shop; one lists the standard recruitment pool instead

Dual Blades on the weapon tier list (A)

Other Support Adventurers
The kit, in short
Haze strikes with very fast Dual Blades combos. In Archdemon Mode some moves can parry attacks depending on the situation, and Haze can keep spending the Demon Gauge on Crimson Fang Slash follow-ups.
Summarised from the official description.
The Support class
Supports keep the squad going. They hunt with a Trillan Buddy, which uses sound to heal and support the team.
Every Adventurer also feeds the squad's shared energy for the Co-Op Skill, which only lands when the whole squad hits the same monster part within a short window.
Teams with Haze
Haze is not in any of our suggested teams yet. Try Haze in place of another Support from the list above.
Haze's skills explained
- Exclusive Trait Serpent's Shadow
- Each combo adds a stack (max 5), each worth +3% damage (max +15%); taking damage wipes all stacks.
- Co-op Skill Windrending Strike
- Leaps with the Buddy, dashes to the target and slashes down, with Unwavering during the move; hitting the co-op focus part advances co-op phase.
- Skill 1 Demon Mode
- Raises attack and move speed, upgrades some skills and blocks knockback, at a steady stamina cost; hits fill the Demon Gauge. At full gauge, Skill 1 enters Archdemon Mode, where some skills drain the gauge until empty. While Crimson Fang Slash is available, Skill 1 becomes a Deflect parry that counters into Crimson Fang Slash.
- Skill 2 Circling Chain Slash
- Sliding diagonal slash (plus a cross slash in Demon Mode); press again for a spinning circular slash. Burst version is a leap and downward thrust. In Archdemon Mode it becomes Falling Leaf Slash, an aerial multi-slash that spends Demon Gauge.
- Skill 3 Waning Moon Slash
- Dual Blade Dance: Waning Moon (spin, thrusts, cross slash); Skill 2 afterwards goes straight into Circling Chain Slash. Stronger and gauge-filling in Demon Mode; in Archdemon Mode becomes Crimson Fang Slash, a gauge-spending combo with an automatic finisher.
- Squadmate Skill Waning Moon Charge
- When the Main Adventurer's Burst Skill hits: squad gains 7 Ultimate Energy (Main Adventurer +11 more) and +15% affinity for 15s. Once every 50s.
- Ultimate Scarlet Mark
- Throws a powder knife: allies in range get +6.0% elemental crit damage and a 12s Mark. After 12 total hits the Mark bursts for +25% squad elemental crit damage for at least 8s (leftover Mark time carries over); if 12 hits aren't reached the Mark just expires.
How to play Haze
- Demon Mode is her normal state and costs stamina. Fill the Demon Gauge, then enter Archdemon Mode, which lasts until the gauge runs out.
- In Archdemon Mode, use the Deflect parry to counter straight into Crimson Fang Slash.
- Getting hit resets the Serpent’s Shadow stacks, so play safe to keep the damage bonus.
- Keep some Demon Gauge in reserve as an escape, and do not empty it right before a dangerous phase.
- Her squad support triggers when the main Adventurer lands Burst Skills, and her Ultimate raises elemental critical hits for any element, so she fits almost any team.
Good matchups: Rathalos, Paolumu, Kushala Daora.
Skill names and numbers come from launch-week guides that list them from the game (not officially confirmed). The play tips are our summary of their advice. Sources: Official website, Game8 (Oct 29, 2026), monsterhunteroutlanders.cc (Oct 29, 2026), Gacha.gg (Oct 29, 2026).
