Monster Hunter Outlanders Reroll Guide
Rerolling works, but it is slow: expect roughly 25 to 40 minutes per attempt. Do it only if you want Midori from the launch banner, or a strong SSR Support like Arkaya.

An SSR Buddy is also worth keeping a reroll for. Buddies count toward Adventurer Power checks on harder content (not officially confirmed).
Is rerolling worth it?
Guides do not agree. Some recommend it if you are starting fresh. Others call it optional, because the free Fated Adventurer and Raya can clear the story. Some advise against it, because most early pulls use Standard Contracts, which do not work on the limited banner.
Our take: reroll only if you specifically want Midori and you have the patience for several 30-minute attempts. If you just want to play, keep your first account. Thefree-to-play team is enough to progress.
How to reroll
- Start a fresh account. In Garena regions you can play as a guest and clear the app data to reset. Everywhere else you need a new email or login for each attempt.
- Skip cutscenes and rush through the opening story.
- Finish your first Kulu-Ya-Ku hunt. This unlocks Recruitment (the gacha).
- Complete the "Adventurers Gather" mission and claim your mail, including the sign-up rewards.
- Collect the free launch pulls: the free Featured Contract in the shop's Maple Echoes pack, the Departure Gifts login event, and the code
mho1029(200 Rutacoins and 20,000 Zenny, needs Adventurer Rank 5). - Pull on the Featured banner. If you missed your target, reset and repeat. If you hit it, link the account to keep it.
Things to know before you start
- Pick your server before you start. The official launch FAQ lists separate North America, Japan and Europe servers. Character data cannot move between them, and you cannot team up across regions, so reroll on the server where you and your friends will play.
- Time per attempt: 25 to 40 minutes, depending on the guide and how fast you skip through the opening.
- Guest accounts: guest logins may not receive pre-registration rewards (not officially confirmed). If pre-registration rewards matter to you, use a fresh email instead.
- Standard vs Featured Contracts: Standard Contracts do not work on the limited banner. Count your Featured Contracts before deciding whether an attempt is worth finishing.
- How many free pulls you get depends on your region (not officially confirmed), so check your own mailbox.
