Why these: each one ranks by strength and was updated in launch week (from October 28, 2026). Each counts once, the majority decides, and a split goes to the lower tier. Closed-beta snapshots, pre-launch estimates and reroll-priority lists are not used. Last checked Oct 30, 2026.

Every change to this tier is logged in the changelog.

Other Support Adventurers

The kit, in short

Arkaya builds Resolve by attacking steadily with the Lance. Some skills spend all of it at once on a heavy blow that also grants a large shield.

Summarised from the official description.

The Support class

Supports keep the squad going. They hunt with a Trillan Buddy, which uses sound to heal and support the team.

Every Adventurer also feeds the squad's shared energy for the Co-Op Skill, which only lands when the whole squad hits the same monster part within a short window.

Arkaya's skills explained

Exclusive Trait Rising Resolve
Certain skills give Resolve (max 3 stacks); at 3 stacks Earthrend Finisher unlocks.
Burst Skill Earthrend Finisher
At 3 Resolve, after Reprisal Finisher, Seismic Rupture or the third Thrust: spends all stacks on a sweep plus forward thrust for massive damage and gives every squad member 20 Shield.
Skill 1 Boulder Stance
Stationary guard (tap again to drop). Perfect Guard possible at guard start with higher guard proficiency; after one, Basic Attack fires Reprisal Finisher. Reprisal Slash: a heavy swing with Unwavering; getting hit during it auto-triggers Reprisal Finisher. Reprisal Finisher: two heavy strikes, +1 Resolve.
Skill 2 Driving Assault
Guarded charge that drains stamina, steerable, speeds up over time; at top speed Basic Attack = Seismic Rupture. Assault Thrust: Basic Attack during acceleration gives a strong thrust, then another tap gives the third Thrust hit.
Skill 3 Relentless Thrust
Pierce (shield bash + thrust), then hold to guard-charge into a stamina-draining thrust flurry; every 9 hits = +1 Resolve; Basic Attack mid-flurry = Seismic Rupture.
Ultimate Indomitable Oath
Roar: whole squad gets Shield and +8% affinity for 30s; Arkaya instantly gains 3 Resolve so Basic Attack goes straight into Earthrend Finisher.
Co-op Skill Falcon Thrust
With the Buddy, emits a sound wave and thrusts through it for a wide frontal hit, +1 Resolve; co-op focus part hit advances co-op phase.
Squadmate Skill Resolve Charge
When the main adventurer's Burst Skill lands: follow-up hit, squad gets 7 Ultimate Energy over 6s (Assault members +11 more) and 20 Shield. 50s cooldown.
All 10 Insights

  • Ultimate Protection: On Ultimate, whole squad takes 25% less damage for 30s. (30 pts)
  • Assault Command: A draw-weapon attack grants 3 Resolve and doubles the next Earthrend Finisher's shield; 90s cooldown. (30 pts)
  • Rapid Momentum: Relentless Thrust flurry needs 33% fewer hits per Resolve. (30 pts)
  • Dragon's Spirit: After the Ultimate, next skill deals +100% damage. (30 pts)
  • Surging Momentum: Earthrend Finisher skill damage +80%. (30 pts)
  • Power Charge: +5% Ultimate charge rate. (10 pts)

  • Protection: -8% physical damage taken. (5 pts)
  • Harmony: +8% all elemental resistances. (5 pts)

How to play Arkaya

  1. Keep poking between guards. Resolve does not build while you stand still.
  2. Save the Resolve finisher and its shield for a dangerous phase, or to buy the squad time to recover.
  3. Stand in front of the monster at a slight angle so melee teammates can still reach the head. In fights with lots of projectiles, shield the ranged teammates.
  4. Do not expect Assault-level damage. His value is keeping the team alive and opening safe windows, which makes him forgiving while you learn Elder Dragons.

Good matchups: Diablos, Black Diablos, Ruger Aidal.
